New patients welcome

Everything you need before your first visit, in one place. If anything is unclear, call us — a real person will answer.

What to expect

Plan for about 60–90 minutes. We’ll take digital X-rays, complete a thorough exam, and sit down with you to talk through what we found and what your options are. Nothing is scheduled without your say-so.

What to bring

  • Photo ID and your dental insurance card
  • A list of current medications and allergies
  • Completed new patient forms (or arrive 15 minutes early)
  • Any recent X-rays from a previous dentist, if available

New patient forms

Save time at the front desk by completing these before your visit.

Until downloadable PDFs are supplied, please request the forms through our Contact Us appointment form.

Care instructions

Before

Before sedation appointments

Arrange a ride home, avoid food for six hours before your visit, and take regular medications unless told otherwise.

After

After a filling or crown

Numbness lasts a few hours. Avoid chewing on that side until it wears off, and expect mild sensitivity for a few days.

After

After an extraction

Bite on gauze for 30–45 minutes, skip straws and smoking for 72 hours, and stick to soft foods for the first day.

After

After whitening

Avoid coffee, tea, red wine, and dark foods for 48 hours. Some sensitivity is normal and fades quickly.

Payment options

We accept most PPO plans, CareCredit financing, cash, check, and major cards. Estimates are provided in writing before treatment.

Patient questions

How often should I come in?
Most patients do well with a cleaning and exam every six months. We may suggest more frequent visits if you have gum disease or a history of decay.
Do you see children?
Yes. We welcome kids of all ages and work hard to make early visits positive and stress-free.
I’m nervous about the dentist. Can you help?
Absolutely. Tell us when you book. We’ll go at your pace, and oral conscious sedation is available for longer or more involved treatment.
Can I schedule online?
Yes. Use the Request Appointment button and we’ll confirm a time within one business day, or call us during office hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule so we can offer the time to another patient.

Dental emergency? Call us right away.

Severe pain, a knocked-out tooth, or swelling shouldn’t wait. Call during office hours and we’ll do our best to see you the same day. After hours, follow the instructions on our voicemail.
